What if I cant find my size of filter?
A: Don't worry we can manufacture custom filter sizes. Check out the Custom Size air filter listing here or use the "Contact" section and let us know what size filter you need and within 24 hours we will get back with you and add your filter size to our website so you can place your order.
What is EverFilter made of?
A: EverFilter is made of high quality aluminum and zinc coated steel. This allows for a lightweight, durable filter frame that is rust-resistant.
How will I receive my filter?
A: We ship all orders through UPS or USPS. Depending on what you order we will package your order in a poly-mailer or box. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours but no longer than 48 hours. Our Standard Shipping typically arrives in 1-5 days depending on your location.
What if the product I ordered is defective, incorrect or damaged?
A: We offer a manufacture guarantee on our EverFilter filter frames and will replace defective and incorrect orders. For more information on our guarantee check out the store policies page.
Do you offer a subscription for filters?
A: You have the option to subscribe and receive replacement filters throughout the year. All of our "EverFilter MERV-8 and MERV-9 Replacement packs" have the option to subscribe. We also offer a discount when you subscribe for even more savings. You will receive new filter replacements every 6 months allowing you to change out your filters once a month for a fraction of the cost.
